Each day we bake choux pastry shells that are made up of two special layers. The inner layer is a choux pastry shell and the outer layer is a piecrust. This unique structure creates a light, crunchy shell.
Our special, secret recipe of whipped cream custard takes 2 hours to prepare. We use handpicked vanilla beans from Madagascar. We pod the vanilla beans and use them lavishly in the cream. You’ll see the tiny black grains and smell the wonderful sweet aroma.
To make sure we serve you only the best, the fresh baked crunchy puffs are filled with the whipped cream custard only when an order is placed – right before your eyes! We finish them off with our last touch of magic, a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
